Welcome to Qivolve Health!
Hi, I’m Lindy, and since starting my career in 1995, I have loved working with clients to help you achieve your health goals and improve your quality of life.
As an Acupuncturist and Naturopath it is wonderful to combine the most effective therapies from both western and eastern natural health to provide a complete and integrated approach to your health.
“It is so satisfying seeing my clients living the healthy, energetic lives they aspire to.”
I have always been passionate about working with women and children, particularly in the areas of:
Women’s reproductive and hormonal health – all aspects of women’s health from the onset of puberty to menopause and everything that happens in between.
Stress, fatigue, exhaustion and lack of energy – 21st century living has its downside. Identifying the cause of fatigue – poor sleep, ongoing stress, busy lifestyle, unable to relax… through to diagnosed health conditions, and helping find realistic, manageable solutions.
Children & teenagers – as the mother of two teenage daughters, I am very aware of the importance of sensible, practical, evidence based information. There is no shortage of confusing, inaccurate and sometimes dangerous ‘health’ advice on Dr Google. I am very happy to assist you manage the stages of childhood and teenage development, including sleeping through the night, identifying possible food intolerances, eczema and adjusting to changes when starting day care or school.
Teenage years can be effected by hormonal changes with menstrual difficulties and acne, changes in sleep patterns and stress from schoolwork and teenage life.
Throughout my career I have really enjoyed combining private clinical practice with teaching in the natural medicine profession. In my current role as Senior Lecturer – Naturopathy at Endeavour College, I particularly enjoy working with the senior students and assisting their graduation into our profession.
